Return & Refund Policy
We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery, provided that the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Returns are not accepted for the following:
- Customized or clearance items
- Opened or used products
- Dislike of fragrance (please note: we provide all scents as free samples for your evaluation)
Before sending any return, please contact our customer support to get approval. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Our products are shipped internationally. We are not responsible for delays or import duties caused by cross-border logistics, and these will not be accepted as valid reasons for return.
If your item arrives damaged due to a manufacturing defect (e.g. the item is cracked or broken upon opening), please contact our support within 24 hours of receiving the package and provide clear photos and/or videos as evidence.
