Shipping policy

We dispatch orders within 2–5 business days after purchase (excluding public holidays in the production and shipping locations).

Delivery times vary by country/region, but most orders arrive within around 7–15 business days. If a parcel is selected for customs inspection, shipping may be delayed, and the timeline will depend on the local customs authority.

We do not accept “refund-only” requests due to delays caused by customs inspection. We only accept returns with a refund (return & refund).
